Overview
Information Resources collectively refer to the collection of materials the library makes available to the researchers and students. This includes printed materials as well as electronic databases, electronic books and research support tools and services. The Information Resources section (Acquisitions and Cataloguing) collectively addresses the growth and management of the library collections through purchasing and processing new and donated information resources.
The section is also tasked with:
Purchasing recommended materials;
Creating and maintaining the catalogue records;
Facilitating access to eResources.
