The Library Information and Communications Technologies (LICT) and Innovations section offers a wide range of services and support for staff and students to help them use Library information and communication technologies to enhance their learning, teaching and research work. In addition to handling support requests, LICT oversees the functionality of the library systems, as well as the maintenance of infrastructure and developments to enhance the overall user experience.
